How do credits work?

When you purchase the $29 Personal package, you receive 100 photo generation credits. Each photo generation costs 1 credit. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

How do I create a picture set?

Go to Models and upload 4-20 high-quality selfies. Photon checks upload quality, stores private reference images, and prepares the set for business photo generation.

What are Photo Packs?

Photo Packs are themed photo generation presets. Professional packs include job application, founder LinkedIn, real estate, clinic owner, consultant, legal, finance, hospitality, and educator styles.

How does upload quality checking work?

Photon scores uploads for resolution, lighting, contrast, sharpness, crop shape, and browser-supported face detection. Replace photos marked low quality before continuing for better likeness.

Why is my generation taking so long?

Generation speed depends on current queue length. Complex prompts may also take slightly longer to process. Most generations complete within a minute.

How many photos do I need?

You need between 4 and 20 high-quality selfies. For best results, upload 10-15 clear photos with one visible face, varied angles, natural expressions, and different lighting conditions.

Is my data secure?

New generated assets are served through authorized account routes, not public gallery links. Uploaded reference images and account data are private to your account and can be deleted from Settings.

Can I get a refund or retrain?

Because generation and provider compute can start quickly, used credits and completed generation work may be non-refundable. If uploads pass quality checks but likeness is clearly poor, contact support for a retrain or remediation review. Technical failures are reviewed case by case.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. You can delete generated images, picture sets, uploaded reference data, Profile Kits, or your account from Settings. Deletion is intended to remove matching database rows and owned storage objects.
