How do credits work?
When you purchase the $29 AI Model Training package, you receive 100 photo generation credits. Each photo generation costs 1 credit and each video generation costs 5 credits. There are no subscriptions or separate credit top-ups — everything you need is included in one payment.
How do I train a custom model?
Go to the Train Model page and upload 4-20 high-quality selfies. Make sure the photos show different angles and lighting conditions for best results. Training takes about 5 minutes.
What are Photo Packs?
Photo Packs are themed photo generation presets. Each pack contains curated prompts and styles (e.g., Anime, Professional Headshots, Holiday themes). Select a pack, choose your trained model, and generate themed photos instantly.
Why is my generation taking so long?
Generation speed depends on current queue length. Complex prompts may also take slightly longer to process. Most generations complete within a minute.
How many photos do I need to train a model?
You need between 4 and 20 high-quality selfies for optimal results. Include a variety of angles, expressions, and lighting conditions. The AI learns your facial features from different perspectives.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your photos and trained models are private to your account. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. We never share your personal images or models with other users.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are non-refundable once your model training has started. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using your generations, please contact our support team and we'll review your case.
