Draft updated June 4, 2026
Photon AI handles sensitive visual data. This draft explains the current intended data flow after Day 1 launch hardening, including cookies, browser storage, and AI-generated content disclosures.
Data We Process
Photon AI processes account details, uploaded picture sets, generated photos and videos, model metadata, credit and purchase records, product analytics, support messages, and activity logs needed to operate the service.
Private Asset Access
New generated assets are intended to be stored in private Supabase Storage paths and served through authorized Photon API routes. Short-lived signed URLs may be created server-side when the app needs to display, download, or send an owned asset to an AI provider.
Analytics
Photon AI uses Vercel Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for product usage signals. Product analytics should avoid raw prompts, email addresses, image URLs, storage paths, and other unnecessary personal data.
AI-Generated Content Disclosure
Photon AI uses uploaded picture sets and prompts to create AI-assisted professional images and Profile Kit starter copy. Outputs may contain artifacts, inaccurate likeness, unrealistic details, or wording that should be edited before publication. Users remain responsible for reviewing generated content for factual accuracy, compliance, platform rules, commercial rights, and sensitive contexts such as regulated professions, hiring, identity verification, press, or official documents.
Deletion and Export
Users can export account data from settings and request deletion of generated photos, picture sets, or the full account. Full deletion is intended to remove owned storage objects and product database rows where technically feasible.
