These draft terms describe the intended Photon AI self-serve workflow: users upload picture sets, create AI-generated business profile photos, manage credits, and may delete account data from settings.

Use of Photon AI

Photon AI is intended for lawful professional profile, business bio, website, social, and marketing use. Users must upload only images they have the right to use and must not use the service to impersonate, harass, defame, or mislead others.

AI Output Review

Generated images and Profile Kit copy are AI-assisted outputs. Users are responsible for reviewing likeness, accuracy, quality, captions, and suitability before publishing or using outputs commercially.

Credits and Packages

Personal and Pro Founder purchases are described as one-time packages in the product UI. Credits are consumed by generation actions. Checkout completion and credit grants depend on Stripe webhook processing.

Deletion

Photon AI provides controls to delete generated photos, picture sets, and accounts. Deletion is intended to remove associated database records and owned storage objects, subject to provider logs, backups, and legal obligations.
