One-Time Purchases
Photon AI Personal and Pro Founder packages are positioned as one-time purchases rather than subscriptions. A canceled checkout does not complete payment or grant package credits.
Quality Review
If uploads passed quality checks but likeness clearly fails, support can review the case for a retrain or remediation path. Review does not guarantee a refund or specific output.
Used Credits
Credits consumed by completed generation requests may be non-refundable because compute and provider costs are incurred. Failed generation jobs should be refunded in credits when the product can verify failure.
